The Calgary Construction Association's Youth Employment Program provides the opportunity for youth to enter into the construction trades. We accept youth on a continual basis who are 16-24 years old, unemployed/underemployed, no longer attending school, and career-oriented. We offer 3-week unpaid work experience opportunities as a way to get a 'foot in the door' with many commercial construction companies as well as a direct hire service for those who have some previous training in the trades.
