Dynamic Approach is an experiential-based corporate training company. We build experiences for teams that allow them to explore areas such as risk taking, communication, leadership, sharing of resources, trust ... all of which are important factors that must be addressed in relation to both personal and organizational success. We began in 1998 with an idea that we can offer powerful experiences to people; experiences that will impact the way they work, live and play.

We utilize exciting outdoor activities like high ropes courses, search and rescue simulations and even raft building and river crossings; obviously that is a small part of our tool box. We also utilize in-room training and team building opportunities that include both interactive lectures and strategic planning sessions. All of our programs whether indoors or out, are built to meet very specific needs that organizations address as they look to move forward.

In starting Dynamic Approach, my motivation was first in my desire to run with my own ideas; to develop unique opportunities and have the freedom to make them happen. It was through work with my mentors that I was able to develop the skills needed for success on my own and allow my ideas to become reality. Working for yourself is really what you make of it. You are truly in the driver's seat so the possibilities become endless. On the other hand you are limited only by your imagination. That is the real attraction of self employment.

The obstacles are numerous. Either that scares people or motivates them to work harder. If you can work through the tough times and think creatively on how to drive your business, you will eventually succeed. By networking and trusting others to help you, you build a foundation on which you can grow. That help and trust that you receive from others is always offered in return. I take pride in giving back at least as much or more than I have been given. Those times to help others will come. Knowing the time to ask for help and accept it, we have found, is key in business. For us, our success lies in our team of facilitators! With a passionate, committed team, you can really make outstanding progress in an area like corporate team development which really calls for creativity and passion. We have built the business each year since 1998 and we always invest back into the business as we ourselves look to move ahead.

Uniqueness, fun, and a powerful return on investment are driving factors for us. We need to make sure our clients never forget us and are able to transfer what they learn into a useable form for the workplace. If we are successful, we have helped people become passionate about themselves and their teams.
